Larry Marinello, Broker

A native of San Diego, Larry has been a Realtor and Property Manager since 1978 and is an expert in the ever-changing Real Estate industry. After graduating from San Diego State University with a Masters in Business Administration, Larry enjoyed the position of Treasurer for a national woodworking manufacturer. His entrepreneurial spirit eventually was the driving force behind his decision to enter the real estate field. Before long, Larry was Broker-Owner of a thriving Century 21 office, supporting 50 real estate agents.

By the early 1980s, Larry had wisely accumulated many rental properties for himself and his valued clients and repositioned his business focus to property management. He is known in the community for his superior standards of professionalism and ethics, and proudly furnishes references.

Cathi Marinello, Realtor

With an educational background in psychology, marketing and interior design experience, Cathi brought a unique set of skills and professionalism to the team at Marinello & Associates. She credits her background with the ability to identify the potential in a property and quickly assess its value to prospective buyers, and says “Finding just the right home for my clients comes easy to me, after getting to know them for a short time” And, for sellers, Cathi takes the stress out of listing their home, by eagerly sharing her design expertise and maximizing selling features.

The result of a strong work ethic, enthusiasm and commitment to her client’s needs, has earned Cathi the San Diego’s Five Star Agent designation in 2009 and 2010. Cathi proudly says that her favorite aspect of real estate is her “Clients for Life” track record.

Brandan "Cam" Rosenlund, Associate Realtor

Capital Professional Property Managers & Marinello Associates Real Estate is pleased to announce that Cam Rosenlund has recently become the newest member of this office to earn his Realtor's License. Cam has been living in San Diego for 14 years and has had a passion for Real Estate from a very young age. While attending Cal State San Marcos he applied for a position as Property Manager's Assistant. He was a natural from the start, and while working full time, he continued to take as many real estate courses as he could, providing him textbook knowledge and practical on-the-job experience. Cam continues to be the consummate professional and a valuable member of our team.

Mary Cooper

Mary Cooper began her Real Estate Career in 2000 and rose to the status of Rookie of the Year in 2001. She continued to work successfully, receiving the leading Edge Award in 2002. A sharp business sense and a passion for working endlessly on her client's behalf makes Mary a wonderful addition to the team at Marinello & Associates.
